Functional Medicine
Work with our practitioner to help you improve your overall well-being and provide a path to continued holistic health.
- Start with a 15-minute discovery call to talk with our practitioner and learn more about her approach to care, discuss your health goals, and find out more about our packages and prices to determine what’s best for you.
- Payment is required to book an appointment. After booking is complete, you will complete some paperwork detailing your health history which will be reviewed prior to your first appointment with your functional medicine practitioner.

IV Therapy
We offer a variety of nutritional IV infusions that provide your body with essential vitamins and minerals to boost your immunity, increase energy, improve your metabolism, and enhance your overall wellness. We also offer a Lipo + B12 injection to help your body’s natural metabolism to improve the way it processes sugar and fat.

Health Coaching
Work with a health coach trained in behavior change, nutrition, and neuroscience to help you achieve your health goals. Your coach works with you to identify and work through obstacles and perceived limitations for making positive changes in your life. Your coach will help you develop new skills and strategies for attaining your goals and provide you with a structure of positive support and encouragement while teaching you to stay accountable to yourself. Sessions are 30 minutes in length and are completely individualized based on your goals. We also offer coaching packages.

Weight Management
We offer a medically managed weightloss program using Semaglutide injections. This injection also includes B12 to help increase energy and reduce nausea while taking the medication. This program can be purchased month-to-month or in a 90-day package. Also included in the program are two sets of labs that monitor your metabolism, insulin, and basic lipids. Weekly check-ins from a health coach along with monthly body composition scans will also help you monitor your progress and set goals. Combined with a nutrition plan, exercise recommendations, and behavior coaching, our program offers a comprehensive approach to your weightloss goals.

SkinPen Microneedling
SkinPen uses needle depths of 0.5-2.5mm to create micro punctures in the skin so the body will naturally start healing with new collagen production.
