Schedule a discovery call so you can determine if we are a great fit! Next you will complete some paperwork that includes your health history – this will be reviewed prior to your in-person appointment. You can make that appointment below with the online scheduler.
Please note that office hours are by appointment only. However, understandably there is no way to predict urgent health matters life may throw your way. We make time in our schedule to accommodate same day or urgent appointments.
Please call before coming and set a time that you can easily make. When requesting an appointment for an urgent matter, you should call the office. DO NOT EMAIL for same-day appointments since a timely response cannot be guaranteed.
